Pakistan is very far behind in every field from rest of the world. Pakistan lacks in every field and every service. Like other services that are not available in Pakistan. One service is PayPal which is almost in every country of the world but doesn't exist in Pakistan because of stupid rules and regulations enforced by the State bank of Pakistan. PayPal wanna operate in Pakistan like it is operating in India and other middle eastern countries but the government doesn't want people to get money from abroad easily.
