      You can upload money from Debit card/ Credit Card/ Neteller/ Bitcoin or wire transfer.

      You can attach jazz cash visa card to skrill and upload money but in order to do that you must enable online usage using helpline.

      Regarding skrill and jazz cash. You can attach both and if it show error then contact jazz and activate online system. Iqoption is a forex site and yes you can use skrill with it.

      It's for Pakistan only. Go to withdraw page and add your wallet. Or from settings.

      That is because the fee for transfer is $0.55 and if you dont have that amount or have balance below that then it will show 0.00 limit. Deposit money skrill and you will see limit increased.

      The payment is processed by skrill but for security clearance jazzcash don't accept the money immediately.
      It can take 3 business days for the money to actually show in your JazzCash account.

      I think you have to add Mobile account first and yes it's still enabled in Pakistan as can be seen in fees section

      It is not possible to deposit money with JazzCash Visa debit card as JazzCash prohibits international money depositing transactions.
